This large detached single dwelling house with over 10 acres of land was almost completely demolished and rebuilt. The existing house was small and the construction was dated. The client wanted to add over 10,000 sqft of additional space with the latest construction methods using underfloor heating, PV solar panels, and modern fixtures and fittings. The end result is a magnificent home that both exceeds the expectations of its owners and inspires its visitors.
